A Neighborhood Under One Roof

The Brighton provides affordable housing for low-and moderate-income seniors 55 years of age and older and their families in SE Seattle. Owned and operated by the Southeast Seattle Senior Foundation, The Brighton’s 124 bright, spacious, and accessible apartments are located in a park-like setting with free parking, close to public transportation with access to the activities and programs at the Southeast Seattle Senior Center.

On-site professional management, high standards, a staff that cares, and a variety of activities make The Brighton a truly remarkable place to call home.
