bright heritage

The Brighton is located in Seattle's Rainier Valley, on Rainier Avenue South, halfway between Columbia City and Rainier Beach. The Metro bus stop is half a block away, an easy ride to shopping, libraries, swimming, community centers, cinema, galleries, and restaurants.

With on-site professional management, ongoing building maintenance and improvements, community outreach, and expanded resident activities, we continue to enhance life at The Brighton for Southeast Seattle's low-to moderate-income senior residents and their families.

The Brighton is an independent living facility. It is not an assisted living facility. Residents needing personal care, cooking and housekeeping assistance must make their own arrangements for those services. Resources
