Resident Qualifications Form

The Brighton provides affordable housing for those 55 and over and their families. The following criteria must be met to be placed on the waiting list.

* One person in the Household will be 55 years of age or older.
 
* Total gross income for the combined Household cannot exceed 80% of Median Income for King County
 

One person $41,700 / Two people $47,700 / Three people $53,650/ Four people $59,600
