Southeast Seattle Senior Center

The Southeast Seattle Senior Center is a division of Senior Services of King County. Residents of The Brighton have convenient access to the Senior Center’s services. Located next door to The Brighton, Senior Center membership is free for all interested Brighton residents 50 years of age and older.

Senior Center activities and services include:

  • recreational and social activities
  • music, drumming and dance programs
  • informational programs
  • social services/case management
  • craft classes
  • computer lab with internet access and e-mail
  • health and wellness programs
  • trips and tours
  • exercise and fitness classes
  • support groups
  • massage
  • hot lunches/pot-luck dinners
  • bingo every Wednesday
  • birthday celebrations
  • holiday events
  • a thrift store
