February February Dress Tea: Enjoy music and elegant treats in the Penthouse. Black History Month events include a field trip to NAAM (Northwest African American Museum), a lobby display of books and documents loaned by residents, and a resident-led story circle. October International Potluck in the Penthouse: The diversity of our residents is reflected in this "fabulous feast featuring favorite foods from the four corners!" August National Night Out Against Crime is celebrated with a potluck dinner, live music and sweet summer breezes on our Rose Patio.
2009: Celebrating Ten Years In September 2009, Southeast Seattle Senior Foundation celebrated ten years of successful operation of The Brighton with a festive dinner honoring our wonderful Board of Directors and the generous donors who help support our mission.
Fall We look forward to our annual all-ages harvest events, Cakewalk, Thanksgiving potluck, holiday crafts, game nights, music parties, potluck and movie nights and more!
