The ability to fund necessary building upgrades and enhancements from outside sources enables SSSF to keep rents at below market rates. Since 1999, the generosity of many individuals and the following foundations, corporations and organizations have helped make the purchase, capital improvements, program enhancements and building upgrades at The Brighton and the Senior Campus possible.
